What Do I Need?
Clothing and Food!
Your enjoyment of the day will improve if you wear suitable clothing. So, what is suitable clothing? Simply, something that keeps you warm and dry.

Jacket - wind and rain resistant. A hood that covers your face.

Trousers - Wind and rain resistant. Roomy enough to walk without.

Boots/Shoes. Water resistant, sturdy and grippy.

Gloves and Hat.

Rucksac - comfortable to carry, easy to access and large enough to carry your clothing and food.

Food - nothing complicated - chocolate bars for instant energy, and sandwich or similar for slow burners.
